1. Information We Collect

Account Data: Email address, name, and authentication provider info (e.g., GitHub profile) when you register.

Usage Data: Queries submitted to the AI engine, response metadata, and usage counts for plan limits.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device info, and cookies for session management via Supabase Auth.

Payment Data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not store credit card numbers or financial details.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) manage your account and subscription; (c) enforce usage limits; (d) communicate important updates; (e) ensure security and prevent abuse.

3. AI Query Data

Queries you submit are sent to third-party AI providers (Google, Anthropic, Meta, Mistral AI, DeepSeek) for processing. Each provider has its own data retention policies. We do not sell your query data. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be used to improve the convergence algorithm.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with: (a) AI model providers to process your queries; (b) Paddle for payment processing; (c) Supabase for authentication; (d) law enforcement when legally required.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You may: (a) access and export your data; (b) request deletion of your account and associated data; (c) opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@phispira.ai.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
